If you are a teenager or young adult (24 and younger) and you are interested in any of the services above, Bridge is here for you.
"I've had case managers before, but they didn't do anything for me. Why will Bridge be any different?"
All Bridge services are voluntary and based on what YOU need. You won't be "required" to do anything, but if you want to change your life, be prepared to work hard. You may not have control over your past, but you do have control over your future. If you are committed to making positive changes in your life, Bridge will meet you half way and help you achieve your goals. Our services are tailored to meet your individual needs andyou decide what programs to participate in - you have control over your service plan.

Drop by anytime Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm and an intake worker will meet with you, tell you more about what we offer, and begin to help you meet your needs. Click here for directions to Bridge.
