Bridge offers transitional living services for homeless youth. These homes emphasize responsibility, personal growth and communication.

Transitional Living Program
Bridge’s transitional living home provides housing for 18-24 year olds. Residents can learn life skills, get help with finding permanent housing, getting a job and/or filling out school applications. |

Single Parent Home
Bridge Eliot provides young pregnant women and single mothers with a safe place to call home. Moms can learn parenting and budgeting skills and get help finding permanent housing. Bridge staff assists with finding employment, daycare and/or attending school. |

Co-Op Apartments
Our Co-op Apartments offer our young people increased freedom along with the support and caring of Bridge staff. Co-op apartments can be an important step on the road to independence. |
