Rapid Re-Housing Coordinator

Bridge’s Youth Housing Pathways Program (YHPP) is the City of Boston’s only rapid re-Housing (RRH) program specifically serving homeless youth and young adults, 18-24 years old. The RRH Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and successful operation of the YHPP, ensuring achievement of program goals and objectives and supporting positive outcomes for program participants. Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager

As a case manager for the Youth Housing Pathways Program, you will be responsible for providing case management and support services for a case load of young residents in the program. Substance Abuse Counselor

The Substance Abuse Counselor at Bridge is responsible for providing outpatient substance abuse assessment, interventions and case management for youth 18-24 years old who are homeless and actively engaged in substance use. The goal is to build therapeutic rapport with young people who are largely pre-contemplative with regards to their substance use, to help motivate their engagement in healthier behaviors and connect them to further treatment. Emergency Residence Counselor

The Emergency Residential Counselor will be responsible for the supervision of the residents of the Emergency Residence (ER) Program, a short term residential program for homeless youth 18-24 years old. The ER Counselor is responsible for managing and supervising the milieu and carrying a case load of clients that you will meet with individually to provide case management and support services. Medical Van - Health Care Coordinator


The Bridge Medical Van, a mobile health care component of the agency’s Street Outreach Program, brings emergency and preventive health care to the streets. The Medical Van/Health Care Coordinator oversees all medical services at Bridge headquarters and on the Medical Van, supervises and manages health care volunteers, and oversees the agency’s Street Outreach Workers when the Street Outreach Coordinator is not available. Transitional Day Program Counselor


The Transitional Day Program (TDP) is a drop-in center for homeless youth, ages 18-24, in Boston. The TDP offers survival services (food, showers, laundry, & clothing) as well as intensive case management and support services to help youth move beyond the streets into safe and stable housing. Assistant Coordinator of Programs


The Assistant Coordinator of Programs works closely with the Director of Programs and Program Coordinators to ensure that program administration is effective and efficient.  The position will oversee special projects for the agency which will include the development and dissemination of new policies and programs.
