“I feel like Bridge is always by my side and I get all the help and support I need as I work towards becoming independent.”
Liberty House resident

Liberty House is a residence that provides opportunities for independent housing with minimal supervision.

This house is the perfect next step for young adults who have graduated from other Bridge programs such as the Transitional Living Program in Brighton. Liberty House residents are able to live on their own and build up their rent and credit histories in preparation for finding an apartment in the Greater Boston area.

Walsh joined with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Bridge Over Troubled Waters to celebrate the official opening of Liberty House, a residence for young people experiencing homelessness. The property was purchased this year with a $1 million gift from the Liberty Mutual Insurance Foundation and is managed and operated by Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
