Bridge hosting HiSET open house for community partners

Please come to our HiSET open house!

This is an opportunity for community partner agencies and staff to learn about the Bridge HiSET program. We are always looking to expand our referral network and hope you can attend!

The open house will be a chance to meet the Education and Career Development staff and learn how to refer your clients to the Bridge HiSET program.

There will also be opportunities to tour the classrooms and enjoy some snacks.

The first open house will be on Thursday, October 11th from 3:00 to 5:00pm. The second open house will be on Thursday, October 25th, also from 3:00pm-5:00pm To attend, please RSVP to Alice Tilton, Education and Career Coordinator.

Bridge’s HiSET Program serves young adults ages 16-24

Bridge specializes in serving homeless and high-risk youth but we also have students who do not fall into those categories. Our students come from a range of academic experiences with a variety of educational or learning barriers, which we work with to overcome.

Bridge offers small classes with individualized instruction through a student-centered approach.

Our HiSET program is open-enrollment and allows student participants to also draw on a variety of other services that Bridge offers, including mental health counseling, lunch, career services, assistance with transportation and guidance with housing searches.

The classes operate each morning, Monday through Friday, and our staff offer supplemental tutoring in the afternoons.
