Last year, 400 homeless youth who identify as Cambridge residents made 1,120 visits on the Mobile Medical Van in Harvard Square.
Our Mobile Medical Van brings emergency and preventative health care to the streets. Staff provide front-line services to help youth avoid exploitation, stay safe, and begin the process of overcoming the effects of abuse and neglect which led to their present circumstances.Read More
We are adding a new stop at Copley Square!
Our Mobile Medical Van, the first program of its kind in the nation, connects with youth in the evening to provide critical care and survival aid. A typical night used to be at Park Street station on the Boston Common and then at Harvard Square in Cambridge. This month we have added a new stop in Copley Square, in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. As the weather warms, Copley Square becomes a popular spot for youth. We hope to connect with more youth in need.Read More
