Cambridge Community Foundation renews support of Bridge's Mobile Medical Van

Last year, 400 homeless youth who identify as Cambridge residents made 1,120 visits on the Mobile Medical Van in Harvard Square.

Our Mobile Medical Van brings emergency and preventative health care to the streets. Staff provide front-line services to help youth avoid exploitation, stay safe, and begin the process of overcoming the effects of abuse and neglect which led to their present circumstances.

The Youth Count is taking place through to Sunday, May 12, 2019

Bridge is the lead organization in our EOHHS Region for the Youth Count. 

We are helping administer the Youth Count to better understand and meet the needs of youth and young adults who experience housing instability and homelessness. This is hugely important to understanding the challenges of homeless/unstably housed youth in this city and vital to our ability to serve youth as well as possible.
